Ben Rhydding Hockey - Boys' Colts
The boys' colts play in the Yorkshire Youth Leagues with teams from under 10 to under 16. Practices are run on week day evenings throughout the season.
2008-9, was the most successful year ever with Ben Rhydding teams crowned champions in five age groups in the Yorkshire Leagues and two teams finishing inthe top three at the National Finals.
Last season, Sam French gained his first U16 international cap for England at the age of 15.
Head coach Demi Dowley, assisted by 15 other coaches, pushed hockey to a higher level than ever before. Ben Rhydding is now one of the most revered clubs in the country.
